Have you ever wondered WHY you get downvoted every time you make a claim without evidence or have you just decided it's because of "haters"?

What would u like to see happen to someone who allegedly defrauded the us government then used that fraud to grain power and a sizable income from a job she would otherwise not meet the requirements for

Due process.

Investigate, then a trial, and then if found guilty take the appropriate recourse.

Not take her passport, threaten to deport, and ignore the lack of substantial evidence to support her alleged fraud.

her passport is part of the evidence hence why they took it.....

Evidence of what? They haven’t charged her with anything. They have no legal basis to indefinitely seize her passport.

They could temporarily seize it to document it and then return it. They’d be allowed to retain those copies for their investigation.

They could flag her passport and enact restrictions on international travel. That doesn’t require them continuing to hold her passport.

They already investigated her for this same shit in 2019 and found no substantial evidence. This is blatantly motivated by her political affiliation and race.

we'll the question is DOB.... passports require a DOB.... if you're lying about dOB on passport it then brings up you immigration paperwork.....

they didn't investigate he in widens term.... they started an investigation and were told to stop for w/e reason. there is difference between stopping an investigation and actually completing one.

Dude are you running out of breath while typing or something? 3 elongated ellipses in a single sentence is wild.

Why would investigating the validity of her derivative-citizenship require that they continue to hold her passport? That’s not even the document that would include the alleged fraud, that would simply be derived from her original entry documents and her application for parent derived citizenship.

And what does [Biden] have to do with this? The initial investigation took place in 2019, when Trump was president. Biden wasn’t even the DNC’s nominee for the 2020 election yet, let alone president.

i don't think you understand how evidence works? if you commit murder with a weapon, the weapon is evidence... if you post bail, they don't give back your weapon....

you also don't understand diction. sad your elementary school failed you.

I don’t see the issue, the citizenship is what the fraud was about do u believe fraudsters should be able to keep what they got from the fraud? And the passport was because she could be a flight risk given she still has ties to a foreign country which to my understanding is normal due process

Supposedly she was a child and wasn't the one that filled out the paperwork so she didn't commit fraud. If she filled out paperwork as an adult then I agree legal action should be taken. Where are you seeing she actually committed fraud?

They claim she lied about her age to receive citizenship from her father’s naturalization. Saying she was 17 and actually being 18.

0

u/Medium-Signature-546 4h ago

If it was her that filled out the form amd not her father then I think she should face consequences. I think it's still a witch hunt, lets be honest, but also ok. She shouldn't have broken the law and given them a reason.

0

u/No-Wealth2088 4h ago

I mean, it’s also possible her father had her filling out all the forms. Pretty standard immigrant scenario, no?

0

u/Medium-Signature-546 4h ago

If she was 18 and therefore an adult that doesn't excuse her filling it out wrong.

0

u/No-Wealth2088 4h ago

Uh, I never said it did. 17 or 18, fraud is fraud.

The alleged fraud, because they still haven’t convicted her of any crime.

Indefinitely seizing a passport would come after charging someone with a crime, which happens after an investigation produces enough substantial evidence to present to a grand jury. The 5th amendment requires a grand jury to indict you for any federal felony charge.

Federal Agents also seized devices that would receive constitutional protections under the speech and debate clause, without allowing her to assert legislative privilege over any of those seized materials. They did not allow her to inspect the warrant, nor did they allow her to have her attorney inspect the warrant. A warrant that they haven’t released to the public. They also failed to contact the House Office of General Counsel, which was a requirement specifically put in place for this investigation.

Notably Trump already ordered USCIS to investigate her for these same allegations in 2019 and they found no substantial evidence to support the claims. Three of the career immigration officials reported to the Washington Post that the unusual request from Trump’s administration was politically motivated, and that the findings were delivered physically rather than electronically because of the secrecy surrounding the investigation.

They released no evidence whatsoever to support their attempts to remove a sitting member of Congress, and now they’re doing the same thing despite no claim to have found any further evidence to support renewing the investigation.

Has it been proven? You don’t punish someone before it’s been proven that a crime has been committed.

If I were to accuse you of stealing $1,000,000 I don’t just get to take $1,000,000 away from you before it’s even been proven that you stole. That’s not how it works.

4

u/stiiii 6h ago

I'd like you to prove it is true. Which you seem to have utterly ignored.

3

u/AnewTest 5h ago

Nope. Prove your claim first, BEFORE you demand that people respond to it.

2

u/iwilldoitalltomorrow 4h ago

Allegedly? I’d like to see due process, a trial, a jury of their peers, and for the evidence to be presented

This subreddit is a leftist echochamber. Not agreeing 100% with everything makes you a nazi. Getting downvoted on reddit for different views is no achievement.

-1

u/Gunstopable 6h ago

I mean it’s proven. This case has been going on since Biden was in office. I don’t like Trump either but fraud is fraud

2

u/AnewTest 5h ago

I didn't know that children could commit fraud.
