Commenting so I can come back to this later and include you in my prayers.
In times of heavy I try to look back at the moments when He held me together when i was determined to self destruct and fall apart. And then I just try to thank him for that moment. You can try that. I hope it helps.
Sometimes we survive wars not knowing how many bullets we dodged.

Lord asked that you reached down your hand and guide your child back to the path you have ordained for their life. Walk with them giving them your strengths, comfort peace, and love. Make your presence known in their life so they know you are with them. Amen.
