Tens Machine And Winner Flow simultaneously?
Has anyone used both a tens and a winner flow for birth at the same time ? I already have a winner flow and plan to use it but I was also wondering about the tens....if I'm concentrating on my breath work will I remember to press the button on the tens, I'm not sure...

I used then tens machine plus gas and air for the beginning of my labour. My tens machine had different setting so I just kept it on the highest setting and didn’t bother with the boost.

Didnt use winner flow but used TENS machine as soon as contractions started. Got husband to place the pads and off I went. Used it for about 14hours of labour. Started low and adjusted accordingly when contractions got stronger. I found once contractions started becoming more regularly I was hitting boost a couple of seconds before contractions. Recommend the Boots one. I picked a brand new one up on adverts

Sorry to jump in here and piggy back, but I don't suppose you found any useful videos online on how to use the winner flow benefically? I need to start practicing :)

I actually did a zoom call with Myriam from aroma energy that showed how to use it and I found that really good! I think it was 20 Euro or something. I'm practicing with it daily now and once you get the hang of the basics it's really simple to use.

The winner flow was AMAZING. I was skeptical. I did swap to gas & air just minutes before delivery

Yes I have! Found the winner flow great. I didn’t like the tens machine and stopped using it a bit into labour.

I used both for my unmedicated births. Trust me you'll remember to use the boost button!!!! Put your winner flow on a lanyard so you can drop it between contractions and hold the tens in your other hand.
