Question Is this something paranormal, or can we consider the logical side of things?
Is this a spiritual gift?
I've never been one to have many supernatural stories; at most, I've always had many spasms while sleeping, hearing a scream calling me or saying words, but I always considered it normal since I've seen other people report the same thing. But...
Since I turned 18 (I use this as a starting point for things to begin) until now, I've had two incidents. One happened this past Saturday and the other the Saturday before.
1: I put my niece to bed and dozed off with her. I woke up to some movement and concluded she had woken up, since I even noticed my sister playing with her before picking her up. "Fall, fall, fall," she said playfully. I ignored it but noticed a silence. I opened my eyes (half-open) and saw that she was still sleeping and there was no one in the room. Immediately afterwards, I saw a figure standing across the bed. It was a white blur reflecting an image of someone turning around and disappearing. I don't know if this is just another one of those things your mind mixes with reality.
2: This one was recent. There was a death that happened a long time ago, and I only knew the main details. That day I dreamt the scene of that death from the perspective of the deceased himself. I saw that he was found in a bathroom by a figure with a female voice. Coincidentally, on that same day, something about that death appeared to me: the deceased was found in a bathtub by his girlfriend (I didn't know anything about this, neither the bathtub part nor the girlfriend). I was surprised, so much so that I used to imagine he was found lying on the floor near the bed by some random guy. It was too much of a coincidence.

The first incident could be explained by a hypnopompic hallucination. It's a hallucination that occurs upon waking. It's like...your mind is between the waking and dreaming state. It's similar to the auditory stuff you have experienced while going to sleep.
The other incident is harder to explain rationally, and I would lean more towards the supernatural on that one.
