Higher self

How do you know when you’ve reached your higher self and what are ways you can connect to it? Any experiences or feedback would help greatly. Thanks!

Sudden insights, intuition. Sometimes a voice in your head that sounds like your own except more 'mature' if that makes sense. Usually providing advice.

It's accompanied by a very high pitch ring in either the left ear or entire head.

It's all intention. Just make the intention that you are speaking with your higher self. Ask it something and the answer may come in the form of thought or ask for a more physical sign.
