I love the Raimi Spider-Man trilogy. I don't hate Spider-Man 3. I think Sam Raimi dropped the ball on not recreating the Venom nightmare sequence from the comics and 90s cartoon. I do blame Sony for interfering. Regardless, I still wished Spider-Man 4 happened.

I pitched an idea of Adrian Toomes buying Oscorp. I can see a post credit scene of Kingpin buying Oscorp after Spider-Man 3. I noticed some AI videos/photos of a Spider-Man 4 on Youtube. I haven't watched them yet. I seen a thumbnail with the concept art of Spider-Man arresting Mysterio and the AI version of that scene. That blew my mind. If only this movie happened in 2011.

John Malkovich would make a great Vulture but I felt he was too young to play him for 2011. I would fan cast him as Vulture for Andrew Garfield's universe. I wouldn't mind seeing Ben Kingsley playing Vulture if not Alan Arkin. I don't want Anne Hathaway for Black Cat. She was already Catwoman in Dark Knight Rises. When I think of Black Cat/Felicia Hardy, I think of the 90s cartoon. I chose Ali Larter because she's blonde and she's done a lot movies in the 2000s. I thought about Kate Hudson but I felt she's way too big of a star at the time.

I always wondered what the other villains/allies would look like in the Raimiverse. I looked at the PS2 Spider-Man movie games and the MTV Spider-Man cartoon. They're both connected to the movies. I would look at certain actors from the 2000s era. Maybe around 2002-2009/2010/2011. I would fan cast actors that did a lot films. Actors that are lesser known. Actors that are fresh faced/up and coming. Not the A-lister types. I feel like Chris Nolan would hire people like that for his Batman movies.

I wanna do some fan art of these actors playing these characters someday. I might take some inspiration from the PS2 games and the MTV cartoon. I would imagine how Sam Raimi would visualize these characters in Tobey's universe.

Hey community I just wanted some help in searching for similar clothes of harry osborn in spiderman 1 especifically the one that he wears after punching flash, and the ones he uses when he introduces peter to his father, I really really want to buy them but havent find at least something similar.

I will be here all the time to search and look for.

It sucks that great artists and filmmakers can be terrible people and that even terrible people can be great at making art. Luc Besson is a French filmmaker who made Leon: The Professional, The Fifth Element, The Messenger and Taken to name a few. He was married to Mila Jovovich at the time of Fifth Elements making and cheated on her with the underage actress who plays the extra terrestrial soprano. This guy likes underage girls so much he makes movies about them so he’s controversial at best.

I bring this up because I wanted to know if Luc Besson upset any of the filmmakers involved so much that they modeled Dennis after him. As a way to vilify and rectify Besson for his crimes in a work of fiction?

I always feel the smile peter gives off here, such a tiny moment but its so beautiful man.

how we should strive to stay positive and thankful for whatever we can pull together and not resent or harvest negativity around it.

I’m too overwhelmed by the hope and optimism this scene injected in me rn, that Idk how well I’m putting my feelings here but hope some of you get what im feeling and please give your perspective on this

If they were so hell bent on shoe horning Venom in there they should have made Harry Venom. He had the hatred and the motive to stalk and torture Peter. And we wouldn’t have to set up a new character.

Even tho idk if it's really Venom's logo, i could be wrong

New episode from my friend and I's pod where we gush about the Raimi movies.

Spider-Man 3: The Remastered Cut

For those of you who don’t know, there’s a community where people make fan edits of movies for fun. I have created one for Spider-man 3 in order to improve it and see something close to what we and sam raimi would have really wanted. This includes enhancing the horror aspects of the symbiote, reworking harry and peters arc, giving life to the sandman, removing cheesy bits of the movie (this doesn’t make the movie bland, it maintains the cornyness that spiderman encompasses, bully maguire just had to be trimmed up.) and also removing the irritating parts of peter and mj's relationship, and more.

Overall it genuinely makes it easier to watch and more enjoyable. I will say that there are some artistic touches but none that are disappointing source material or viewer understanding. I am a very big spider-man and film nerd. The fan edit does not disappoint. Everyone who wants to see it, and/or the cutlist, comment down below, or message me, it will be linked through google drive and you’ll have to message me for it :)

(Side note: do not read the entirety of the cutlist or just not click the spoilers, for the people who haven’t watched the movie in a long time or ever, you will be in for a very exciting trip watching this version of the film, rather than the original or many other fan edits of it. Jump scares, twists, and unexpected moments will be a plenty!)

In 2, during the bank vault scene. That's where she realizes he is him. When he "runs away" and Jeff winger tells her 'some kid' she can't accept he's leaving. But it stirs the gears. Then during the rescue she is like 99% sure. But she allows him. To keep a secret. The he ry hero speech is just her way of saying "I know but I respect your privacy. " And as any older parents, I'm pretty sure she searched his room.
