Its a little uneven but I'm curious as to what you guys think. Used some scrap fence boards, some 1 inch bolts, 1 inch wood screws, truck straps, and some paint.

It makes very little sense that a big metal trap can be shot and destroyed when it uses no electronics. I think instead of being able to be shot and destroyed. They should be destroyed with either an explosive or triggered with a projectile or drone like Aruni gates. Realistically, a bear trap can be easily tricked by applying a pressure on it. Throwing your drone, a grenade, or another type of projectile should be one of the only ways able to get around them. It could also be utilized like a big version of Wamai once a grenade is thrown on it. It triggers but catches the grenade too.

This buff balances her in a way where its more utility sacrifice without making her a completely useless trap op.

Guys why cant we have cross play for pc. Like just give me an option to not play with console players that talk with their mates in party chats and give 0 coms. Its super frustrating as solo player to play every game with 2-3 people party and not using voice meanwhile enemy team is either 4 stack or 5 stack so they have number advantage. Idk why cant we have cross play option I would rather wait for 5 minutes queue then have to play with team mates that dont use coms in competitive game, like I have 55% WR and I feel like every game I actually lose is when only 1 person besides me is in voice.

Don't BUY an account(yall buy a lvl 50 botted account from Russia and then start playing ranked in silver lobbies and wonder why yall got banned)

Actively play on ONE account: not 2, not 3, ONE ACCOUNT you play on one account. You probably wont get banned if you have multiple accounts from years ago, or just have them, but you will if you actively play on multiple(This is smurfing/acc switching and against TOS).

DONT CHEAT: yes a strikepack, a xim, or logi'TECH' or you whatever you slimy scumbags are using is cheating. It doesn't matter if you think everyone is using one. And yes, if you try to inject cheats, even if unsuccessful, you will be banned.

DONT QUEUE WITH CHEATERS, IDC if they are your IRLs or you didn't know they were cheating(even though you probably did). Be careful of the people you play with.

Don't be a dickhead: Simple, dont be racist, sexist, throw the game, or call people slurs.

Don't intentionally break the game: If you exploit/break the game on purpose, YOU WILL BE BANNED. No matter how much you think its ubis fault for the bugs being in place, you have free will and can choose to not use the bugs to win or throw the game.

If you got banned, there is a 98% chance you broke one of these rules. Stop whining that you got false banned. And if you buy another account, you will (probably) be banned for ban evasion. As long as you do this you will probably be fine.

Ok, let me preface this with I am not the greatest player.

I tried a couple of quick games this morning, and each game was lost, not due to skill, but due to CoD rot.

I had team mates that went for kills instead of holding site on defence, or losing a 4v1 because instead of planting, my team mate with the defuser tried to kill the last player. Not only that, in each game, my team was feeding themselves one at a time to the opposition.

When did people start thinking that this was a k/d game?

Flores drone down but can still shoot and use utility. If you listen. You can hear I wall banged other guy too. I literally got screamed at my team for this even when I tried explaining.

I had not bothered to check my badges before. But now I've noticed I have the badge for playing since 2018 not 17

I was low emerald 4, lost 65 in rollback cuz apparently there were cheaters in 2 of my recent wins, i lost my next game in which we blew a 3-0 lead, i got off after that game and then i get back on the next day (today) lost my first game on, then i won 2 in a row and was one off going back into emerald 4, then we lose a game 2-4 even tho there were 2 rounds we should have won but lost, had we won those 2 rounds like we should have, we would have won 4-2 and i woulda been back in emerald 4

I take a 10 minute break, queue another then we lost 1-4, i could have played better but the teamwork and proper util was just not there. I also feel like today i couldve definitely played better. I am so demotivated at the moment, how is one supposed to just get over this? I was low emerald 4 and now im low emerald 5, i have to win my next two just to cover what i lost, not even to progress, and even that isnt a gurantee cuz it’s possible i lose my next games

Remove his passive scan, only when activated could he gain information.

This will raise his skill cap. Snake players are known for running around building until they find a hole to poke through, and completely remove the necessity of dronening, I think this is stupid and hurt the meta more than it should. By this change you need to first find ways to gain area control so that you can get even more information. So to not waste his precious scanning quota, Snake players now would drone more.

And Snake players should make actual meaningful decision to use his gadget early on in the roam clearing phase and sacrifice his late game performance, or use it late game to enhance site attacking power, flank watching power etc...

A bit of context:

I stopped playing Siege completely about 3 years ago, back in 2023 (though I briefly came back for 1 season; more context below).

My reasons for leaving were:

1. At the time, I felt Siege was getting much slower due to the operator speed nerfs, ADS time nerfs, and recoil nerfs that happened during that period, and honestly, I tried, but I just couldn't adjust to it.
2. I wasn't a fan of the rankflation and Ranked 2.0 in general. I disliked how we have to start all the way from copper; it makes playing ranked so frustrating at times, and being a buns hardstuck plat player in OG ranked, I lowkey didn't like how Emerald got in the way of Diamond D;
3. Honestly, I just wasn't enjoying the game as I used to

I've played for over 5 years since Grim Sky up until that point. I did briefly come back when Ram got released (2024) because I thought she looked interesting ;). And for whatever reason at the time, in ranked, you gained more MMR than you lost, and my friends and I thought ranked would be super easy and decided to prove a point by hitting Emerald because all you had to do was just keep playing and the losses did not matter. (We hadn't played for a year up until then)

And since then, I have not touched the game at all. But I saw some videos recently, which brought me some nostalgia, and lowkey feel like getting back into it.

So, as the title says, is Siege worth getting back into in 2026? What parts of the game have gotten significantly better? Is there any part of the game that you dislike currently?

TLDR: 5-year player hasn't played in over 3 years, lowk wants to come back, 2026 Siege good or bad?

I was kinda having a heart to heart with a buddy in our Xbox party and my teammate typed in chat that he could hear us. I have chat off but outgoing says it still on?
Is there another way I can keep from accidentally yapping to randoms. I know they can mute me and everything if they want but it’d be nice not to worry about it.

Okay here me out Ubisoft... Why would you decide to give an operator frag grenades, but penalize them for using them???

Here's the situation...I'm sick of losing my 'Exemplary' status from playing post plant denial using frag grenades when my R.O.U projectors are on the ground... im hitting -20 to -60 points each time sometimes during post plant if everything goes right. Before some may criticize why dont I just let my gadget run out and then throw frags... Guys this is siege, timing is crucial in a lot of instances...

My suggestion? Remove ally damage penalties when destroying your own gadget, or remove it from Sens gadget specifically, or at the very minimum, reduce it heavily for Sens gadget specifically.
