Nowt wrong with it straight out of the jar, normally do mint cucumber and onion in vinegar, Yorkshire salad.

Never thought to have mint sauce with sausages but would definitely try that. Sounds like a good combo actually.

I can confirm, it goes great with most homely foods. Mince and dumplings, stew, roasts. I blame my girlfriend.

Love this. Plenty of mash and sausage, but also greens and carrots. But then perfectly sized y-pubs and lashings of gravy. Im so proud. Thanks for sharing.

Where does it mention a roast ?? I never mentioned a roast and it’s not rate my roast it’s rate my plate.
Not even trying to resemble a roast it’s just what we like to eat on a plate.
