Tyler Huntley

If Tyler Huntley beats the Browns on Sunday. Then this team as whole is going places. We depend too much on Lamar Jackson to bail us out. Solidifying the offensive line and making the defense close out. Makes the team better. We know Lamar could handle these games but this forces the rest of the group to level up to catch up to how good he is.

Discussion Y’all doomers need to relax.

The way some of y’all act in this sub is genuinely exhausting. Lamar gets injured and suddenly he’s soft, giving up on the team, or doesn’t want it badly enough. The offense stalls on the opening drive and apparently the game is already over. One bad quarter and everyone needs to be fired, traded, or benched.

We have an entirely new coaching staff and are barely into the season. We are 4-1. There are going to be growing pains. Expecting perfection every week is ridiculous.

There’s a difference between holding a team accountable and being miserable about every little thing. Criticism is fine. Frustration is fine. But questioning a player’s heart because he’s injured or declaring the season over after every setback isn’t constructive criticism.

We’re all Ravens fans. Football is supposed to be enjoyable. Some of y’all act like being the first to give up on the team is a badge of honor.

News Ravens 10/16 Injury Report

Post image
71 Upvotes

The Ravens released their 10/16 injury report. As expected, Lamar Jackson, Cam Jurgens, and Matt Hibner are all out. Broderick Washington is out as well.
Emery Jones and Andrew Vorhees are both questionable, so hopefully at least one of them can go at RG.
The best news is that there’s no injury designation for Zay Flowers, Ronnie Stanley, and John Simpson.

News [Shaffer] Ravens C Cam Jurgens is still in a red, noncontact pinnie, an indication that he remains in the NFL’s concussion protocol. Vega Ioane could make his third straight start at center Sunday.

Maaaan had his bell rung that bad to miss two games for concussion, kinda wild since usually just see 1 missed game for it

News [JZ] Ravens TE Matt Hibner not in uniform and has cast on left hand. Doesn’t appear that he’ll be available this week. C Cam Jurgens (concussion) still in red non-contact jersey.

Why do people get so mad over coach injury talk

This is the one thing I have never understood is how fans here get so upset when a coach is not willing to give the clearest information regarding an injury.

There is little benefit for them being clear, and actually is a hindrance. It gives the opposing team more information to play off and game plan for.

More importantly I see people getting pissed at the “Day to day” term regarding Lamar, and complain ing that there were debates with him going into the game. Ankle injuries are fickle, I’m sure every one here has twisted an ankle, felt fine a few minutes later and then the following day it hurt like a mfer. It makes complete sense that Lamar’s timeline is day to day.
