Why is the helicopter there? It can do nothing. It can't land on the the ship, it can't do SAR.

If the winds are generating waves like that, why is the helicopter hover so stable?

A lot of in this video doesn't make any sense.

And after the big shower no water on the pole

I’d be impressed if this wasn’t AI

I’m not a wave expert but the foam doesn’t start like that
The wave start to “break” but it still looks like it should rise more

Also the water hit the camera,
If a wave that size touched the helicopter, you wouldn’t have any footage

You may not even have a helicopter XD

also if real, that tower is fucked, not to mention continuous waves like that, ship is done. Also heli serves no purpose and is burning fuel.

100% AI. The wave breaks up itself and the spray moves against the wind far too quickly and straight at the helicopter.

The leinght of the ship is changeing, the secound wave does not lift the hull..... So sloppy AI, i can not even comprehend.....

Rogue waves are real and could be even this high, but this one is clearly an AI fake, what others have said, hell too stable, wave breaking and doing so in a nonsensical way, etc.

Rogue wave are at the highest 30m
This one, not even fully “formed” must be already higher than compaired to the boat

detected so far, some models IIRC did predict way higher ones.

but yeah even if a rogue wave could be as tall, it wouldn't even look like that, and the wave is crashing upwards also.

This video is ai but oilrigs in the Scandinavian sea have seen and recorded waves larger than 80ft and for some time scientists weren't able to explain the cause.

Second wave comes too quickly after. The boat has a balance that would distribute weight up as first wave hits. Lot of reasons this is AI

I say AI.

Google AI says AI

The chopper is way to close and I think the ship would break, but i ain't sure

Well if google ai says its ai then it must be real.

I'm no expert, but I am VERY skeptical of this one. That being said I was born in the desert and have never been far enough from land on a boat or ship that I couldn't see the shore. It just seems like the forces at play here would unimaginably huge.

If you really NEED to ask if this is real, then I think you've got bigger problems to look into

Videos 15 seconds long exactly

Nothing about the way the water moves makes sense

Looks like a video game.

Shirley you’re joking

It is certainly AI,

First clue - massive waves do not crest and crash in the middle of the ocean, the waves crash only on shore, so ti is physically impossible.

Secondly, spray hits a helicopter... what 100m above sea level? How exactly is that possible and how is that helicopter still flying?

The whole interaction with the ship's hull and wave looks weird, kind of surrounds the ship in white foam before it even goes over it.

Biggest clue in the first 4 seconds, the ship literally shrinks in size and by 5 seconds it is just hilariously short, round and out of proportions.

100% slop

Seems AI, the ship I would expect to dip a lot more in the front as it hits the wave. Also the helicopter flying that low that it gets splashed? I feel like that could potentially be deadly, the helicopter doesn't even move, also what is that random black stick hanging out the door.

Someone saw that wave video from the other day and tried to make their own AI slop version

Considering how fast the water gets to the camera and how fast it dissipates after. No fucking way it's not AI.

Most likely AI.
