Context - I have Logitech mx master 3s. I love the free spin, Silent clicks and customization buttons but after using G304 it feels heavy and hard to use for precisions. I do trading and video editing work mostly in public library.

So I'm thinking of buying another mouse which serves the purpose. I just bought the mx 3s so don't want to spend more. As low as possible.

Hey everyone,

I’m writing this because I genuinely need some guidance. I’ve been feeling stuck and confused about my future, and I don’t really know whom to ask for honest advice.

I passed my 10th grade in 2023. Around that time, after COVID, online education and NEET preparation were becoming a big thing. My parents encouraged me to prepare for NEET, and I agreed because I thought becoming a doctor might be the right path for me.

I prepared seriously during Class 11. However, after Class 11, I gradually stopped studying properly for NEET and focused mainly on my board exams. Eventually, my NEET preparation fell apart.

After completing Class 12, I took a drop year, but things didn't turn out the way I had hoped. Now, I’m pursuing a bachelor's degree in Zoology at a Tier 2 college in a Tier 2 city in India.

The problem is that I have no clear idea about what comes next.

One part of me says that I should complete my bachelor's degree here, prepare seriously for entrance exams like CUET-PG, and try to get into a good university in India for my master's. After that, I could pursue research, a PhD, or an academic career.

Another part of me wants to complete my bachelor's degree in India and then pursue a master's in Germany, provided I meet the eligibility requirements and can manage the financial side of things.

I’m interested in higher studies, and I want to build a good career, but I’m unsure about the actual scope of Zoology, the job opportunities after a master's, and whether studying abroad would genuinely improve my prospects.

I keep wondering whether I made the wrong decisions earlier, whether my college will limit my opportunities, and whether I’m already falling behind other people my age. I know that constantly thinking about the past won't change anything, but I’m struggling to figure out the right direction.

To make things worse, for the past four to five weeks, I’ve been feeling really low. I often don't feel like eating, and I barely feel hungry. I feel mentally exhausted, stuck, and uncertain about almost everything.

I'm not posting this because I expect someone to magically solve my life. I just want to hear from people who have been through something similar or who understand the academic and career paths I'm considering.

I'd really appreciate honest advice on these questions:

Is completing a BSc in Zoology from an average college in India a good starting point for a successful career?

Should I aim for a master's at a top Indian university through CUET-PG or consider Germany after my bachelor's?

What are the realistic career opportunities after an MSc in Zoology or a related life-sciences field, especially if I want to pursue research or become a professor?

If you were in my position, what would you focus on during the next three years to build a strong academic and professional profile?

How do I stop feeling like I've wasted time and start moving forward when I don't even know which direction to choose?

Please be honest with me, even if the answer isn't what I want to hear. I would rather understand the reality now than spend more years following the wrong path.
