Ive seen a lot of bots in political posts on tiktok and instagram and im wondering if there is way to test whether theyre bots by leaving a specific comment

For example, could a prompt injection style message make an AI bot reveal itself, confuse it or corrupt it?

Has anyone experimented with this or found a reliable way to distinguish AI-powered bots from regular users?
