Help Big lights over Penfield area?

Family sent me this video asking if I had any idea what it was? I know growing up i’ve seen lights like this from old car dealerships or stadiums/events, but unsure what’s causing these ones tonight. Any insight?

Penfield high school football? That would make sense, the school is in that direction a ways i think.

penfield rec had a Halloween event at the community center. those are the sky tracker lights they rented that are in the parking lot.

Definitely spotlights advertising something. I remember seeing them way more often when I was younger too but they just seemed to have stopped for some reason.
