DISCUSSION Washed at rl

2 weeks ago I was champ 2 div 2, I was at my peak it was fun everything was amazing. A week ago I got my first job and after not playing for a week I finally got the time to hop on rl and i kept loosing game after game I got so demotivated I lowk started crying as a grown ass man😭😭. Shit was so frustrating everything was normal just 2 weeks ago and now im so ass at the game I dont even understand what to do i lost so much I got down to d1 div 1.

Anyone else gone through this expirence??

Ain't even the trolls. Its peaking one day and then becoming a newborn with the plays the next day like whats happening to me 😭

That’s just part of the process. Happened to me tons and still does. Just happens less and less. You’d think playing since 2015 would have created more consistency

it's pretty normal to be playing the best you can and hit a new peak and pretty quickly fall back down, wouldn't worry about it, just have fun while playing, don't tense up, etc.

Sounds like you rage-queued. Best thing you can do after you lose 3-4 in a row is take a break. If not from Rocket League altogether, just hop into either a casual or a competitive game mode you don't care as much about. For me that is 1v1 and 3v3.

This takes the edge off and allows you to play more free and take a break from caring too much about the rank. You got this.
