good day!

just got off the phone with customer care. they said the phones arenā€™t back ordered yet for both 256GB variants. The lady on the phone specifically said it will arrive on time and iā€™ll get details soon.

They say itā€™s on back order in the app so weā€™re all impressed when they deliver it ā€œahead of timeā€. Iā€™ve ordered many phones through the years and itā€™s always the same. Scum of the earth company truly.

No, it seems like the app is glitching. I've seen multiple people reporting the same.

At what time did you order? Also do you see the same?

That's interesting. I bought mine outright on a new line with a basic plan. I never received a backordered update email, but my order status changed from "In process" to "Backordered." I noticed the same thing happening to people who ordered at 8:00 AM, and I placed my order around 11:00 AM.

i think theyā€™re covering those who are doing it on a lease first because theyā€™re the most crucial money makers and their contracts start sooner

Should have clarified, if you ordered to pick up in store they assign you a number and thatā€™s your position nationwide.

16 is good! I only logged in late and Iā€™m past 50.

The number is nationwide you should be in the first batch at 16

Just placed this order for the 512GB this morning about 30-40 mins after preorder opened online. Logged in this evening and it changed from ā€œIn progressā€ to ā€œback orderedā€ Waiting to see how long this will take. Usually comes in before the 4 week mark email they send to everyone.
