Queer spaces in Rotterdam

Hi! New queer member in town. I want to find places or spaces where I can feel free to dance and sharing my passions with others. Any recommendations about clubs, parties, books clubs, etc are welcomed! Thanks in advance

Ferry! It's a gay bar near Eendrachtsplein. Not my cup of tea but it's lively and there's plenty Britney Spears & Gaga

exactly, it’s gay and not queer. there’s a big difference. ferry is dominated by cis white gays. i dont find it an inclusive place at all.

Queer Rotterdam (you can find them on Instagram) host a bunch of events regularly with a diverse mix of people!

I think a lot of places in Rotterdam are not necessarily label as queer but still are very queer-friendly. Anyway, here's some: Time is the new space Export Shunter Brutus

Queer Rotterdam is a lil clilub that's very open to new people and has their "own" place, but often choose other locations to hang out

Shunter - check their instagram to find out when parties are happening. Also export, is not a queer space per se but definitely very open and every now and then there are queer parties (Poing or Align for example)

Not standard nightlife, but the Wednesday Ark Rave Movement Classes at Dansateliers is my favorite queer place to dance. It is somewhere between a workout, dance lesson and club night in. On a Wednesday, best way to break the week.
