How do I upgrade editions?

Post image

I have the Rust Console X/S base game and I want to upgrade to deluxe or maybe ultimate, but it doesn't show the discount that it says it's supposed to in this screenshot

This was only for a time shortly before and maybe after the new gen version released as far as I know. So it would have been over for a long time already.
