Discussion I think I see producer Sunny’s influence.
This may technically be a SNSD adjacent rather than actually SNSD related topic, apologies if anyone gets annoyed.
A2O May just put out a new video and, it may be me just inferring something that isn’t there, but the other release from that company that I liked was from the girl group. I liked the guys one ok, but I found some of the choreography odd and it didn’t really work for me.
That makes sense to me because, not knowing exactly how involved Sunny is, she would naturally be a better coach to women than men.
If I coached/managed a girl group I could tell them what I like and/or what the market likes and sells, but I couldn’t speak from experience (not that I could with a boy group, but at least I’m a guy). It’s entirely different when you can say, “this is what I did and it always worked for me” than simply training for a market strategy.
As for the AI rumors, I absolutely blame any of that on LSM, not Sunny. He’s been pushing that kind of thing for years. Remember Aespa’s early career?
As near as I can tell, Sunny hasn’t received production credit for anything yet, and that bothers me, but she may still be considered “in training” and I trust her, because she’s quite intelligent, to know what’s best for her.
