Hello!
Can anyone provide recommendations for realtors that specialize in SOMD? I’m not from the area any good recommendations would be appreciated.

You should try McNelis & Associates, they’re based in Solomons but have a team that can work with you from anywhere in Southern MD. Chris McNelis leads and has been in the business for over 30 years right in SoMD.

Phyllis Elsner is a local architect turned realtor. She knows a lot about the houses, builders, community. Highly recommend!

Depends on what part of the area you are looking to move to. Different realtors will be better for St. Charles/Calvert/St. marys. Find one that operates closer to the area you are looking for. I say this because I had issues getting showings because we used a realtor that was an hour away. Made the whole process a pain in the ass.
