I Hate you today

You woke up and knew only anger

Knew only hatred

Knew only how to hurt

Knew only to push everyone away

I hate you and I hate that I do this to you

I hate that you can't change

That you make excuses

That you blame others

That you wallow in the ankle deep oceans you create

I hate you because I can’t care or help you enough

And you tell me that everyday. 

I hate that you look in that mirror and stare at me and say you are okay.
