And unfortunately my university doesn’t help us to find an accommodation so I think I’m in trouble hahahha (because I passed 6 months in crous in Grenoble and there is isso that gel international students with accommodation so I didn’t find any problem there they proposed a logement CROUS ) but now in Saint Étienne there is no one to help you

Damn' that's harsh You can find a small apartment or a room in private sector. It's seems to be the last things to do. Have strength

I know an apartment right next to centre 2 which is going to free up really soon (once I finish getting my stuff out x) it's a small but fine studio (16m2) in a decent residence, dm if you're interested

Weird. Finding a rent isn't really complicated over there. Just check directly with rental agencies or www.seloger.com, you should find lot of stuff according to your budget. Welcome around :)

You can start by contacting the CROUS. It's a dedicated state structure that help student and manage state student residence. Not gonna lie: it's a bit late for it. Then you have also plenty of apartment in the private sector. Saint etienne is one of the cheapest town for housing.
