Can someone please try to explain to me why the left thinks there is a secret plot to impose anti trans law in this country?
Because based on the current state of the US, if you’re a man and you go into the women’s bathroom and say you’re a woman, you have full protection from anyone who kicks you out (“I’m Trans!”). You’ll also have the right to go to the front of the line for employment signups and get all sorts of privileges.

Can someone please explain to me why YOU believe this? Have YOU ever seen this in real life? A man with a full penis enter a bathroom, then had the law protect him if the females in there had a problem with it? Trans means you had a sex change. Meaning you don't have the body part anymore. They often have other women inviting them in. A man IS NOT protected by law, to go into a woman's bathroom with full male anatomy, just because he put a skirt on. If you were to call the police he would be escorted out. If a man with a penis enters a female bathroom and a woman called the police, that man would be kicked out.
They are in fact, "trying" to remove trans rights in the current culture war, by spreading exaggerated information to make it appear as if they have too many rights, so that people would agree they need less. There have been no current rights taken yet, but yes, there could be soon in the future.
Im not trans nor do I know anyone trans, but I am a woman who works in public hospitality, Im a bit more aware of what goes on in public spaces than others may be, yet I am aware that there may be some regional discrepancy, but when it comes to this, there has been NO law added nationally saying that men with a penis are protected by law to enter a female restroom just by saying "im trans". If you call the police, the effect would be the exact same as it was ten years ago. If a man has gone through the process of chopping off his pp, then he is not just saying "im trans". He has no pp to stick in a woman, and he is not attracted to women.

If it doesn’t happen why is it frequently brought up? Why is the debate ongoing about it? If it’s not happening it shouldn’t even be in the public discourse at all.
That’s what always happens. They make a big stink about shit and then when they receive pushback they claim the right is obsessed with it and it’s not actually happening. Just like sexually mutilating and drugging children with hormones. They claim that never happens and yet post memes all the time about how heroic it is to help kids illegally obtain hormones.

Any time these discussions happen I've stopped arguing and citing examples, then citing more examples when that's not enough, only to ultimately get insulted with ad hominem attacks because they have no real argument. I just ask "hypothetically if this was happening you would agree it's bad then?" This usually just jumps struggle to the personal attacks because they don't like what you've just pointed out. "it's not happening" is just an agreement that if it was happening it is bad. They wouldn't deny it's happening if they didn't think it was bad. This is why another part of that exchange after several denials of "it's not happening" is "actually it's a good thing." If it was a good thing they wouldn't deny it.

This is what cracks me up with the left. When something like this comes up they say stuff like "the culture wars are created by the ruling class so we fight eachother and not them". And I just think, if that's true, it only continues because you are retarded. Like there would be no culture wars on gender if you just admitted there are two genders, men can't have dicks and men should stay out of women's spaces and vice-versa. Men should have clubs/spaces without women, women should have clubs/spaces without men, taxes won't save the planet, islam is not a religion of peace, sleeping around has consequences and abortion isn't the answer, freedom of speech (any speech) and the right to lethaly defend yourself and your property are fundamental to libertarian values etc. But no, they won't accept any of that, so they continue the culture wars that they are against.

I’m gonna be honest, the trans bathroom thing is fucking stupid and I don’t give a shit. I really genuinely do not fucking care. Banning transgender people in bathrooms is like the same logic as a gun free zone. You’re just making a Dick free zone. A sign never stopped somebody with evil intent from doing anything.
Trans people have been using whatever bathroom they wanted to use for as long as there have been transgender people. It only became a topic when some politicians needed a new thing to argue over. This is not a battle worth picking. No, I don’t wanna see my kids getting coached and coaxed into gender identity confusion by some Marxist education major who thinks every confused adolescent deep down wants to go LGBTQ. As if puberty isn’t always shitty whether your gay or straight or trans. I don’t want someone to prescribe hormones without parental consent. Nor do I want to see my daughter lose an athletic scholarship because she got bumped out of the top 10 in her sport by somebody with an Adam’s apple the size of my fist. These are real issues when they occur. Toilet signage ain’t.
Not all trans people are villains and the fundamental tenant of America is that you are free to do whatever the fuck you’d want as long as you’re not messing with anybody else’s freedom. I mean girls bathrooms have stalls. Nobody is supposed to be seeing anybody else’s downstairs mixup. And rapists don’t see a sign on the door and say “aw shucks can’t rape now” any more than a school shooter sees a gun free zone sign, and just goes home.

🙄 this is obviously a man, not a woman, this man is NOT trans. It is illegal for that man to enter IN ALL cases. No one has EVER said that a man can enter a woman's bathroom simply because he put a skirt on. The ONLY people who have ever asked for entry into a woman's bathroom are TRANS, meaning they HAVE female parts now. Men who have female parts can be raped in men's restrooms just like females, that is the ONLY reason they even want to use a woman's restroom. Men who turn themselves into women ARE ATTRACTED TO MEN NOT WOMEN. Men who pay to get boobs and a v-Jay do not want to molest females.

First of all, trans women do not have “female parts”. Even if they have surgery. Second of all. Men who did not get the surgery are very much entering women restrooms. For example, look at the Lilly tino incident in Disney. And the “but… but.. they’re just fake trans people” thing is not an excuse. I see I struck a nerve libtard. Third, there are plenty of trans “women” that claim to be “lesbians”, so they very much are attracted to women
