We converted all our bathrooms at work to gender neutral, but maintenance never bothered to add locks for another 9 months.

Why would it be on the inside? The sensible thing to do is not even use this bathroom at all, hence why it's on the outside.

Because people have to use the restroom and it advertises to perverts that it doesn’t lock.

i thought this was my gym for a second, but the second part is slightly different.

been up for years btw. no clue why they don't fix it. the lock on the men's room works just fine.
