I am looking to get a new seat for my rig and was lucky enough to attend the Expo this weekend. I made a point of trying as many seats as possible and cataloging my thoughts on them, and most likely I will go with the Treq STX.

But one seat stuck with me, the Wolf Racing Börü. I had never heard about them and bumped into them by mistake at the very end. They had some really nice and colorful rigs and a few seats. This one struck me as feeling very comfortable and luxurious. Very thick cushions and the fabric was very soft and pleasant to the touch. Price is very good as well, 470 euros and it comes with bracket + slider.

My reservations are only because I couldn't find much information about them. Nonthing on youtube, there is 1 reddit thread which is very negative but also old, etc.I was sure they were German, due to name and because their website only has German and English, but it turns out their are Turkish. Not that it matters all that much, but the staff at the expo didn't speak English and I struggled to get any basic information out of them. For exampe, I have no idea how thick the bracket is, if they sell replacement padding etc.

Anyone have experience with them? Anything you can share would be appreciated. Cheers

Just traded a Next Level Racing GT Lite (the older style folding one) for a nearly new Playseat Evolution and I am very happy. Looks much nicer, much more comfortable and everything fits nicely.

Also upgraded from the Moza SRP Lite pedals to the Logitech G RS pedals with the 75kg load cell, what a difference that has made, very nice pedal set on a budget.

For context - I have the Logitech RS50 (8nm) wheel base with the RS Round Wheel (290mm) + Wheel

Recently got the Simagic GT Neo + Maglink + Logitech QR adapter for GT/formula and absolutely love it.

Given I already have the Simagic Maglink, I realized I could pick up the Simagic Neo-X330T for rally/street/other round wheel cars. The RS Round Wheel is quite small and not ideal for rally.

My question -is the 330T’s 330m width + added weight going to materially impact the RS50’s FFB or Trueforce capabilities? I’m okay with maybe a slight reduction, but if it just doesn’t make sense for an 8nm base I’ll probably stick with the logi round wheel I already have.

New to sim racing, quite casusal with it, Currently I have a Sparco R100 I bought used but its quite tight on my hips and like foldable stand for the wheel base etc.

I've just purchased a GT Omega Art that will be coming soon. It isn't the best but space wise it will be exactly what I need.

What seat would you recommend? Ideally I'd like to find a car seat but think thats too much of a headache to do for someone like me. I want a seat that I can sim race in and also sit in to play playstation for a few hours for other games.

Right now I'm thinking the RS12 or the Next Level ERS3 but welcome to options from people who know better than me so please help me out! 😊

After one year not using lovely while playing LMU/rfactor, I finally found the solution for this:

In simhub, left column, where the plugins are, look for NeoRed LMU DATA PLUGIN

Open it and change the preset to “Lovely Dashboard”

Try disabling all third party plugins before doing this, and enable only the ones you eventually need over time. You will have to enable lovely dashboard and neoRed plugins after that, obviously. That’s what’s worked for me. Hope it works for you…

Just been playing with DLSS 5, ultra settings in game and then Cinematic mode applied.

This honestly looks close to real life. Pretty insane tbh.

Curious to how good VR will get in the next decade too.

Note: I didnt just make this to specifically show off DLSS 5, it’s just a clip from the other night after building my new PC, I tried it and figured it looked pretty good so I’d share it on here.

Iracing Oval Racer here, seeking advise on pedals. Do you guys think the Simsonn’s are worth the investment? I am getting the Moza R9 and debating if I should just get the bundle with SRP2 or go the Simsonn route. I am a paddle shifter.

Has anyone managed to use the Divoom Pixoo 64 as a gear indicator or dashboard for sim racing?

I'm looking for an open-source project on GitHub or a way to connect it to SimHub and display real-time telemetry, especially the current gear.

Are there any existing integrations, scripts, or DIY solutions that could make this work?

With the merger, I wonder why this product is releasing under the Trak Racer brand rather than the Fanatec brand. Fanatec continuing to develop cockpits independently of Trak Racer is already causing confusing brand overlap. Trak Racer releasing peripherals that are obviously Fanatec derived at the very least is making the distinction between the two brands even blurrier.

Basically, the title says it all. I recently sold my Moza R5 bundle to buy Simsonn Plus X pedals and an aluminum profile cockpit, so now I need a new wheel base.

​I definitely want more power than the R5 had. I feel like the R9 might still fall a bit short in certain scenarios, so I'm torn between going for the R12 or the R16 (paired with the CS Pro wheel). My main concern is whether the R16 is going to be total overkill for me lol.

First time posting here so please be kind if I missed something. Does anyone know of a good dual use sim rig? I mainly play Star Citizen but a few guys from work have been trying to get me into iRacing. I had a Logitech G29/next level GT lite a while ago but sold it.

I’d love to find a sim chassis that supports both driving as well as space flight (dual sticks and rudder pedals) with either a slide the seat to adjust or a quick change pedal mount, and the only thing I have really been able to find is from Monster tech, which is amazingly expensive!

Also thought about building a Hexosim rig and modifying it to add the flight sticks, but not 100% sure about it

Anyone have any suggestions or inspiration?

Beginner racer here on a g29, I’ll mainly be playing gt7 and f1 with an eye on iRacing on pc in the future, should I get the rs50 now or wait for the Moza bundle? The main reason for waiting is the potential for a ks pro for a screen option

Ich war gestern extra Freitags auf der Sim Expo in Frankfurt.

Prinzipiell hat mir der Ort gut gefallen und die Aufteilung der Halle war super. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, danke dafür wirklich toll an alle Helfer und Security.

Was mir allerdings nicht so toll gefallen hat, wieso gibt es Null Info darüber das es gar keine Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Messegelände gibt?! Antwort von den Parkhauswächtern, ja die Messe ist scheinbar nicht groß genug, Häh?!

Und zweitens was mich richtig geärgert hat, da bin ich schon extra Fr um viel zu testen, u.A. VR, aber dann gibt es nur 1-2 Stände mit VR Brillen, überall heisst es auf Nachfrage die läuft noch nicht. Dann plötzlich gegen Ende 17Uhr ist scheinbar 1 Mann von Stand zu Stand gelaufen um die Pimax Dream Air zu installieren, um 17Uhr wenn um 18Uhr Schluss ist, das ist wirklich sehr SCHADE und schlecht organisiert!

Jetzt für Samstag sehe ich überall die Pimax Dream Air an den Ständen in den Videos auf Social Media. Warum? Was ist so schwer eine VR Brille zu installieren?

I remember back in the day of the Nintendo 64 and the Dreamcast, maybe even PS2, they sold hand controllers with a steering wheel. It was such a great idea! Gas and brake in one trigger! Why don’t they make things like this anymore, for the PC, etc?

I’m asking because I want to use it to teach my wife driving. For her learning ability, I think it’s best to practice from a simulator game to help build muscle memory. I understand that it’s not real but at least she is not afraid to make mistakes in the game rather than in real life.
