Congrats to Belgium. They were clearly the better team. It was fun seeing the US people get interested, let alone an awesome world cup so far. Some of yall need to take a deep breath though.
It’s actually comical how many people seem to hate our team despite being American. The players have nothing to do with politics and are celebrating their own countries loss, because Trump called fifa.
That's how it is. Them not actively speaking against it implies they supported it. And if lots of people didn't spark negatively then they'd think this is acceptable which it isn't. This a sport meant to bring countries together, by doing what they did they actively showed favouritism and went against not only the rules but the spirit of the sport.
Sorry, but we're beyond a deep breath here. Like yay, Belgium! This is great and all, but don't forget what happened here. A line really has been crossed and FIFA needs to be stopped. So does Trump. Corrupt cunts, thinking they can get away with just anything now. This isn't (just) about sports.
