Me too. I lifted mine right from the box into a screen protector and case and it’ll stay in it until the day I sell it on.

Screen protectors are so pointless nowadays you're just making a worse experience for yourself.

Ridiculous statement. My screen protector cost $20 and it’s $320 for a screen replacement from Apple. There’s no difference in the experience with Spigen. You’re clearly meaning cheap crap screen protectors, which I’m not.

I've had a few cases where the screen protector saved my phones screen.

The ones with extra privacy shading are also a godsend for anybody who does work-related stuff on their phone in public, which I tend to do.

Don't need random people on the subway reading about my customers/patients details on my phone just because they are sitting next to me.

I use it to prevent fine scratches, but I have no concerns about my screen actually cracking. The updated Apple have done to the screen make it much much stronger but they will still scratch.

Screen protectors have gotten so good and thin now that it’s barely noticeable.

I said normal. Not cheap.

There are many phones between cheap and the newest iphone.

Just get any other manufacturer from a few years ago. Less than half the price...

Which won’t have all the same functionality as the iPhone pro.

Got a better Idea: Just buy a good phone instead

There is no phone that won’t get damaged.

Nobody is using a phone without apps in 2026, get real.

Well we're not talking about Nokias. If Nokias would make smartphones then they would probably take a decent chunk of money away from the other phone companies.
