It's kinda crazy to me that rumors like that would be among the public in 1998. There were so many open secret Hollywood queers that the public had absolute blinders on. And it's the saphics they clock??
I'm guessing it has to do with straight men not wanting to believe the male celebs they admire are secretly gay, while also very much wanting to believe the female celebrities they're attracted to are bi.
