Got myself a 14900k/7900xtx to celebrate (5090s weren't out yet)

Have the same set up. Biggest regret is not getting the 3070 instead.

I love the card still tbf. It was that it took 2 years for the i9 to be patched stable.

Though if I'd got a low end system at the time (and seen the future) I could have bought a few TBs of RAM then sold it and got a top of the line amd cpu / 5090 and a new car probably lol

You just have to find the right one man. My wife bought me a 4080 super for my birthday when they came out. She then promptly stole 3080 for her PC. I bought her the new Zelda switch 2 for our anniversary this month she got me a expensive MTG One Ring.

Were both nerds at heart so we fit together perfectly. You just gotta find your nerd.
