Happened to me. Twice. Regular married people sex is awesome, and so is being a dad... but that card is just gonna sit. And sit. And sit. And depreciate.

My tweens are 9 and 11 today. Until just recently I had zip time for gaming if I wanted to be a present, capable dad. They're finally at an age where it's like "dad can we play Mario Wonder?" Raising 'em right.

Father of 2 here. I basically have to stay up and ruin my sleep schedule to get any gaming time.

Yes! Very often stayed up until 1 or 2am gaming. And man do I pay for that decision in the morning.

My wife got me a ps5 in 2023, used it a lot. Then 2024 my daughter was born. I only used it maybe twice after. 😆 now shes a wild toddler, i dont think ill ever have time

Bought one during Covid like January 2021, Costco is always a good bet because they limit 1 per membership so that really kills the scalper market… I really didn’t get to use it until we moved house 2 years later and the youngest finally started kindergarten. Delayed gratification 😆

On the plus side? I never have to buy games at full price. The 50% or 75% off sale will find me well before I find time to play the game.
