Trump saw her on TV pointed said I want her to be my press secretary and someone had to make it happen or there were gonna be ketchup stains all over the walls.
This is all too real. When the people around you are afraid to question your decisions about a press secretary, it's not surprising that we get the policy decisions we've been seeing.
Why are they scared of him? He’s a buffoon. There’s no way anyone actually respects him. They can collectively depose him, or give him botulism poisoning. I don’t care how it’s done, but he needs to go away.
He is a malignant narcissist and currently the most powerful person in government
That’s actually a very scary situation if you have any experience with narcissists. As we all have seen, he will hold a grudge until the end of his days and there is nothing too cruel for his tastes if he decides to go after you. There literally is no bottom to his depravity because he is incapable of shame or empathy at a psychological level
It’s a cult dude, that’s why. He holds some kind of weird power over everyone because he has the supporters to back it up. I have no doubt there are some republican politicians who truly believe in Trump but there are probably just as many that see him for what he is and are too scared to speak up. That or they know he is a useful idiot and play along.
And then there’s the blackmail he holds over all of them. Trump learned some great blackmailing tricks from epstein and also david pecker who ran the national enquirer.
