I have done hiring for years. Yeah, you might think it, but you just can't say it. Just tell them you went with someone else and laugh about the idiot behind their back.
That’s the HR- less way to do it, and the way that the company I’ve worked at for years does it. It’s not even just face tattoos either it’s several things with us that indicates that you’re probably not the best fit for our company and we wish you well in all your future endeavors.
