I don’t think for a second this is discrimination. it’s her face, it’s their workplace. and yes, a person can be rejected for a position if how they look isn’t appropriate for the job. and looking like a desk isn’t really appropriate.

It’s not discrimination to reject an application for non protected reasons. None of those tattoos are protected. They are not tied to a religion. They are just poor choices.

Yeah, if getting tattoos, always get them someplace that can be covered unless you’re rich enough to not need a paycheck.
