You cannot arbitrarily call an event a genocide and expect everybody else to follow.

They want to wipe out the entirety of a single ethnicity. That's genocide.

They don’t tho, there’s no real evidence of this.

Other than the things their politicians and military leaders say.

Other than out of context quotes and extremists with no real authority, they haven't said that.

Netanyahu literally presented a map to the UN general assembly without palestine on it. What do you not understand about that? You can say you're after hamas, but if your actions show you're indiscriminately killing Palestinians in general, and you openly desire the destruction of their nation, then you're doing a genocide.

Let's just entertain the idea that this is in any way demonstrating a genocidal intent, so logically anti-Zionists also want to wipe out the entirety of a single ethnicity because they want Israel destroyed?

You can say you're after hamas, but if your actions show you're indiscriminately killing Palestinians in general,

Their actions don't really show that, 20-35% of the casualties are Hamas, and given that Hamas is nowhere near 20-35% of the population, this being indiscriminate is highly unlikely.

and you openly desire the destruction of their nation,

Again, there's no real evidence of Israel wanting to wipe out Palestinians.

then you're doing a genocide.

Showing a map without a state that doesn't even exist and waging a war with reasonable civilian to combatant casualty ratios (for urban warfare) isn't the definition of genocide, no.
