a climate spectacle that works ... beach littering was reduced like 40% since measures were implemented, sure it's not 99.9% reduction ... but it's better than nothing,... and the good thing it benefits the general population in public place, not pricks on private islands.

But, to be clear, we probably should just get rid of the plastic bottles all together

it's basically impossible now, as there is nothing that comes close to plastic versatility .... but humanity was able to reach 99% recycling of lead acid batteries ...

Europe got it right by forcing people to fork up extra cash on bottles they can only get back if they recycle the bottles.
