The company i work for has now an American leadership. Everything changed for the worst, inefficient as it can get. At least we have shareholders now.

My brother works for a euro pharma company. Their U.S. division and contractors are clueless as fuck

Same here, worst thing that could ever happen. Everything became hierarchical and focused on keeping the stock price moving every quarter. Went bankrupt after 4 years and was sold soon thereafter.

Happened to the company I worked for. Went from a wonderful company with many people staying for over 10 years (not common in Tech), to an absolute shit show.
