CAD Issue with curved patterns

Post image

Hi everyone, im a beginner in solidworks and i recently started drawing a piping system in wich im planning to use bearings; Unfortunately I am having some issues on performing estrusion cut following a specific line, the patter function wont work because the curve isnt one contineus curve but lines and arcs combined;
It would be very gratefull for any suggestion :)

If you use the "Make Path" sketch tool on the sketch,,, it will work. Right click > sketch tools > make path. In my part (in response to this response) I use the "Curve driven Pattern".

I was incorrect about making a path.. That is not necessary. Just expand your tree into the work area and pick the Sketch. Don't select the sketch segment from the graphics area.

Make your top line of the sweep’s cross section intentionally overlap with the part. Consider instead of having sweep profile be along middle of your cross section, make it along the actual ID of the part.
