Had a shipment delivered to my house and this guy crawled around.

It was sooo cute. It tried fighting the camera i think, it was waving like crazy with its two front legs 😅

I found this spider on my walk to the grocery store, it was building a web in a terrible place so I relocated this huge thing 2 weeks ago, came back last week & it’s still in the spot I relocated it! I feel so accomplished seeing that my relocation worked well & it’s thriving.
Anyways, I will continue to check on it every couple of days it’s so nice looking. What do we name it? I feel some girl energy but can’t tell.
Also feel free to identify, I believe it’s just a brown orb weaver???
Location: West Los Angeles

It seems to be hairless, shiny black everywhere and very active. 1.5mm-3mm. Also it is super cute 🥺.

I swear this thing looked chrome-plated! Leg span was close to a 3 inch diameter circle. Seen today in upstate SC.

I'm on the Oregon coast and want to know if this is what I think it is. Pretty sure it's a garden spider. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Hides in the hanging plant and runs into the web when I throw a crane fly in it.

Just out looking for some strange…👍🏻

I was scooting this lil guy along so my dog wouldn’t eat him. He didn’t look too healthy, so I was letting him take his time, but I noticed he was walking a bit weird so I started to film..then this happened!
I see these guys quite often on my property, almost daily during this time of year, but I’ve never seen one shut down like this. What is going on here??

Hi everyone, just wanted to discuss this topic. A day or two ago my friendly resident bathroom spider unfortunately passed away. Unfortunately, I wont ever know what caused it, but it is still sad nonetheless, and I am hoping it was just old age.

Anyway, does anyone else mourn the losses of their spidey friends? I love all living beings and it hurts to see them pass, and I wonder if it extends to spiders with anyone else?

I named him Tim. He's gonna eat the ants that try and get in. I asked AI what it is and it said Hacklemesh Weaver but the photos didn't look very similar.

Hiya, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I'm getting a bit worried for this lil guy and want to help if I can

So I was cleaning my car, and when cleaning my wing mirror I saw a tiny spider crawl out. It's smaller than my pinkie fingernail. I stopped cleaning and grabbed a plastic cup & some card, and put the spider aside so I could finish cleaning without hurting it

When I dried off my car, I went to go put the spider back on the mirror, but it wouldn't leave. I tried tapping the cup, shaking it a bit, shaking it a bit harder, nothing. It's definitely alive & I don't think it's injured, it's still moving around very quickly, it just won't leave the cup

I'm worried that it got a bit too cold (it's currently 12°c/53°F), so for the time being I've brought it indoors, but I'm not sure what else to do. Is there anything I should do to help? Should I leave it on my car roof on its side or something?

I am still a bit scared of spiders so would rather not have to pick it up/get it to crawl on my finger, but if need be I'll do it

These are....all over my house rn. What is it?

Massachusetts

Bubba was safely relocated outside.

Should I be worried?
