I bought this last night at my local store. it literally broke falling over on carpet. can i still get a refund?

Update: upon further thought about it i kinda like how it is now. its still a decent cane height for me and if i can get the main jurrasic park logo off somehow i might keep it. and if i can get the “amber” off the broken spine piece somehow and reattach said piece even better. i appreciate the responses. feel free to give me tips on how to do either of the things i mentioned.

My Spirit has everyone except for Rogue. She’s not at the other store in town either. Has anyone seen her at their store?

I mean like in November. I heard that is 25% off on 1st since 50% off on the 2nd. I don't know can someone actually tell me what's going on and if that's actually true or not cuz I really don't know what to believe anymore. I've been saving somebody to try to purchase some of the items there since spirit is hella expensive

I keep having people come in today and getting frustrated about this, and they take it out on us even though we can’t control the website. Is there a work around for this? Hitting print coupon just brings up a blank PDF for me.

So I made a pick up order for spirit halloween, and I had chosen a wrong thing by mistake. So I know they do not do returns only exchanges since it is past October 16th. I read online if i do not claim my pick up order it will be reshelved and i will be issued a full refund. Is this true? Has anyone had any experience with this? I have tried to contact customer service and have had no luck

Art the Clown from Terrifier 3 in action. He is the gift that keeps on giving all year long 🔪 Got this online from Spirit Halloween 🎃

looking for this old man mask. can't find it in sku book :(

UPDATE: sku found. 01860030 old man mask. it says out of stock in our system, but it was confirmed with a picture. thank you everyone for your help.

Honestly, this is a silly post and I thought it would be fun to share. I had about an hour of free time at the register before I left, so I doodled on some of our star papers because we have sooo many of them. Behold.

Saw him on the floor after getting dark princess and I need smaller boxes since all the animatronics I own were way bigger than his. Is he worth it? He's a movie/TV thing and I like them. But never saw the show.

has anyone done a pickup in store option in Canada? I noticed the costume I'm looking at is cheaper online (even with the conversion) + 20% discount code. There is a pickup option at my local spirit Halloween in Canada which I can select. I am just curious if I will get slammed with other taxes and fees I'm not aware of?

Question those who work at the store and/or own Pumpkin Punisher

I got the 2025 ISE fan last year and connected everything properly and it's not plug and play like I hoped I don't have the controller but I shouldn't need to either I've tried everything for two hours and could not get the wire control box to blink blue like the fan light does so they can display the media. I found the magic 3d app and put a video via wifi on the fan buuuuut it's won't play audio through the speaker and I honestly prefer doing wifi instead of media via the SD card in the control box so if anyone can help with the p80 fan on how to get audio to the speaker from the app or whatever please help ASAP need ready for a party soon! Please and thanks!

It REALLY bothers me lol.

Where do online orders in the US ship from?

Idk if I’m tweaking, so someone please let me know. but I got a job here about 2 weeks ago and was tasked with organizing these on the shelves. I couldn’t help but notice that this one box looks like it uses ai art and possibly for the entire projection. The way the clown looked gave me that vibe, but as I began looking at the other designs it really looks like they just generated this and called it a day. Is this really ai? I just wanna make sure

My friend and I were shopping earlier when this song came on. I didn’t get it on camera but part of the song had whip sound effects and it was killing us, if anyone could help identify it I’d appreciate it!! You can hear some of it in the background of this clip

1. The Pizza Party Is Over Clown

2. Death Angel

3. Wenda (Licensed)

Mine is Doomsday Duo and Jeremy Jaws :)

The website says the costume I’m looking for is out of stock at all locations near me, but I’m wondering if it’d still be a good idea to check in-person myself?

The IR sensors in their animatronics almost never trigger from where they're placed, I want to extend mine to move it closer to the outside of the body in my maze so it trips as people are walking through first. what would be the best way to extend this? this? would I just cut it out and join a longer wire?

Their footprint has gotten smaller. In my metro area there are four of them. There used to be at least a dozen.

I ordered the 3 Ft 6 In Electrified Corpse Animatronic on September 24th 2026. Since then legit nothing other than a shipping label has been created. I’ve called twice to customer service and keep being told the product has been shipped.

When checking on shipping status the company responsible for shipping keeps moving the target arrival date.

What do I do here? Has anyone else ever experienced this?

So this years theme is camp harbor.

They have an entrance to the cabin and once you reach the other side you reach the lake.

How does the random Freddy fazbear fit in with the theme of lake harbor?
