Trying to get ahead of the curve with regards to rotation and figured black sac would be a cheap place to experiment. I've been enjoying the list so far, but I'm a bit stuck in terms of how to optimize it as I'm not usually a brewer. Any thoughts?

I've been working on a lot of blue decks lately, and with the recent alchemy event I played with their rusco deck. And it's made me realize I'd love to see midnight clock (or similar) reprinted/accessible for standard. Spirit water revival and all the other massive cost sorceries are waaaaay more clunky to use, and clock feels like it would strike the sweet spot of good wincon without being overbearing (without rusco clock is much more tame I swear. I know a lot of people are traumatized by brawl, but I'm talking standard).

At the same time, I'm not sold it would be strong enough to actually be meta relevant. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on the possibility of it? I feel like having access to that type of effect without having to play duds like cane or clunky as hell cards like revival or finale would be an overall good thing for blue

Every MTG player seems to have at least one opinion that would get them downvoted into oblivion on Reddit. What's yours?
