I’m sorry, who is this guy? Been seeing him all over today. I consider my self a Star Wars fan but I haven’t watched ALL the side shows and spin-offs.

Yeah he's a NPC that you get to interact with a few times. Even the voice actor has kinda hopped on the bandwagon which is great. Guess there's already been a demand for him at the cons.

If you have Amazon Prime, their game stresming service, Luna, has the game available to play gor free.

Fantastic arcade racing game, one of the best in decades. A lot of non-racing gamers and non-Star Wars fans have been enjoying it too.

I have prime but never heard of Luna, do they offer games sort of how Xbox game pass does?

Yeah, idk how Xbox Game Pass works, but if you have Prime, you have Luna. Blew my mind too, like didn't even know it existed and it has all these games to play, no additional signup or setup. Just uses a web browser on any old computer. You can use mouse and keyboard, but I have a Bluetooth controller I've been using.

People DID run around doing Jar Jar’s lines because they thought they were funny…where were you when Episode 1 released? Any kid that saw it was saying his phrases it was only the old heads who were already 30+ at the time of episode 1’s release that were complaining at the time.

Sure, now that a lot of us are 30+ or nearing our 40s we too think it’s silly but to deny the appeal he had to an entire new generation of Star Wars fans is just silly.

5 things in Star Wars Episode 1 brought an entire new generation of fans into the base:

  1. Darth Maul looked cool
  2. Jar Jar was wacky
  3. Pod racing
  4. The droids were funny
  5. The marketing was insane. Those fast food toys and cups and double restaurant combos was nuts. A KFC/Taco bell? The heck?
