[Academic] Coffee subscription experiences (18+, current subscribers; delivery within past 90 days)

Hi everyone! We’re a team of Northwestern students learning about what happens after a new coffee delivery arrives—how people try it, decide what they like, and approach the next cup.

If you’re 18 or older, currently have a coffee bean or ground-coffee subscription, and have received a delivery in the past 90 days, we’d appreciate hearing about your experience.

The survey takes about 8–10 minutes. Good experiences are just as useful as frustrating ones, and you don’t need to be a coffee expert. This is an unpaid class-project survey, not a sales pitch.
