I’ve never seen a positive test. Thought I was out this cycle too. What a wild ride.

Love seeing stories like this. Did you do anything different this round? Did you ever try medication or IUI or other fertility treatments? And were you given any reason for why it took long to conceive?

My husband and I both did a round of doxycycline about 8 weeks ago. I was never formally diagnosed with Endometritis because the biopsy was wildly expensive on my HDHP, but I asked my doc and she said it was low risk to try it out since I’d been on doxy a few years ago for acne with no adverse effects. Best $18 I’ve ever spent in my life.

I’m not feeling hotter, but I run extremely cold. My acupuncturist insisted I wear socks all the time and sip warm water/tea/broth while TTC.

General exhaustion and pessimism? I’ve been traveling a lot for work, not eating well, not sleeping well, etc. I’m usually so good and for months ive done all the right things with nothing to show for it. Meanwhile, two weeks ago, I was three-four lychee martinis deep with my colleagues. All of this is such a mindfuck.

Ahhh I get it. Probably not fully since I'm only 5 months in, but it really is such an emotional slap-around, isn't it!?

Guess this is another win for the "it will happen when you least expect it" crowd haha (I hate when ppl say that but maybe mayyybee they have a point sometimes?)
