Is thin content the reason for discovered currently not indexed issue?

The content on that page can’t be the reason, because Google hasn’t fetched it yet. Discovered means Google knows the URL exists (from a link or your sitemap) but has never crawled it. Run one through URL Inspection and the last crawl date will be blank. Thin content gets judged after a crawl, and those pages end up in Crawled, currently not indexed instead.
Thin pages elsewhere on the site can cause it though, and on smaller sites that’s usually what’s going on. Google’s help doc says it’s normally because crawling would have overloaded your server, so they rescheduled, which is rarely the real story on a site of a few hundred pages. Their crawl budget docs split crawling into two parts, how much your server can handle and how much Google wants to crawl. That second part is crawl demand, and it drops when Google isn’t impressed with the pages it’s already seen. If they’ve got strong concerns about a site’s overall quality, they crawl less and index less, and you get both of the not-indexed statuses.
The stuck page itself can be perfectly fine and still sit there for months. First thing I’d check is internal links.
Pages that only exist in the sitemap, with nothing pointing at them from pages that get traffic, sit at the back of the queue. Then go through what’s already indexed and merge or remove the thin stuff (noindex won’t help much here, Google still has to crawl a page to see the tag). Crawl Stats under Settings in GSC will show if the server side is playing a part too.

Yes.
React sucks for SEO but when you use SSR it should work on the technical side.
I can see your headline and body text in the source code so it did apparently.
"Discovered - currently not indexed" usually means Google chooses to ignore you.
Indeed you have only self-promotional material on your site.
There is no content, just packaging.
Imagine a bottle, the list of ingredients or what it does ("refreshes you and quenches your thirst") is not content.
The actual liquid you drink is content. The sugar, minerals or whatever it contains as well.
So when you only have the bottle and your main offer is a photo editing tool you have to at least create content on that.
How to edit images? Why? For what purpose? Explain those at the very least.
I don't even see any "service" pages on your site.
You don't have a "services" page or link.
