Questions I still have not received my Cure T-shirt
I bought a Cure T-shirt on August 16 (Talllinn 2026 event t-shirt), now it has been almost 2 months and I still have not received the item . I checked The Cure US shop and it has not been delivered and is not in transit. First time i buy from their store. How long does it take? Are they usually this slow?

Under today's post on The Cure's Instagram, I did see some people complaining about the shirts not arriving yet. It appears to be common.

During the 2023 tour I ordered shirts in June that finally came in October. Then months after the tour ended, I ordered a few more that came within a couple days. I think it depends a lot on demand.

There was a lot of talk around the summer 2023 tour of merch being slow to arrive. I think that’s just the way it is.

I got an email saying my shirts are being shipped late October. I ordered them in August. This is similar to past orders, for me. They probably waited to see what the demand was before placing the fabrication order for website purchases. Don’t stress on it- it’ll show up.

No experience of the US store.
My last order through the Australian store last year took months to arrive, which made me decide not to buy through them any more. I think Australian/NZ orders default to the UK now, but the shipping is often more expensive than the merch.

I had the same issue with the UK shop... I ordered the poster and t-shirt (Roskilde 2026) and they didn't arrive for over a month, I hadn't received any notifications about the delivery except the package was on its way. When I checked the shop, it had apparently been returned to the warehouse? I hadn't gotten any mails about that at all. I tried contacting the delivery service, but they said it wasn't their issue, and I should contact the shop. Then I contacted the shop but they said it wasn't their issue either. I have lowkey given up at this point, and accepted I've lost over a 100$ 🥲

I'm in the US, I ordered on 14th of August and received mine on the 24th of August so not terrible.

They are famously very slow. And IIRC most shirts are all preorder
I purchased the special Berlin tshirt (that was made by Simon’s SIL and granddaughter) and it was supposed to ship in August but didn’t ship until September.

I got a poster a few years ago and I think it took 3 months to arrive. This is a rough estimate but it was a really long time.

Not US but EU - it took forever for them to ship my parcel which got lost.. i contacted customer support and they sent it again, which this time arrived. But the other day I received a mail saying “Unfortunately, your order has been experiencing a delay and is taking a little longer than anticipated. We sincerely apologise for the continued wait and understand this may be frustrating.
At this time, your order is expected to ship from Friday 23rd October. Should stock become available sooner, we’ll make every effort to get your order on its way to you at the earliest opportunity.”
Not sure what’s going on with the shop really, but it might be worthwhile to contact customer support.

Yes, Music Glue (who operate the shop) are notoriously slow.
My Manchester poster and T-shirt has only just been shipped and I ordered it on the 22nd of August, so hopefully yours won’t be far behind.
