Sony Music Hall advice

I got VIP tickets for this last Christmas as a gift but due to delays have not had the show at the front of my mind, & as a result haven’t been able to research the venue much.

To people who have been to (residents) shows like this before, or have been to the music Hall, can you tell me how best to conduct myself for the meet & greet or where to find the basement area that the show will be taking place in? As most of the videos I find online are of the shows themselves, & of more mainstream artists than the residents.

Any & all advice & information on these shows & venues would be really helpful, thank you in advance.

I’m Also attending I ordered the Prix Fixe menu but didn’t see it on the vip ticket, ticket web says the ticket has it included, hope it’s not an issue at the venue.

Hope you made it to the meet and greet - I was there and it was great being able to chat with Homer and thank him for everything.
