Winter How to Access Tomorrowland Winter Exchange Desk?

Ended up getting tickets for a different set of days so trying to list my original tickets on the Exchange Desk. Tomorrowland support told me the option should be in my account under the tickets section, but I don't see it. Is this option available to anyone else? My tickets are single day tickets purchased directly through the website (via Paylogic).

It should be open since 10th October. However, only the main buyer can list them. If you are the moan buyer, can you see the ticket in your account?

I'm the main buyer and can see the tickets in my account

Alright, has the ticket been personalised yet? If not, please do so. In the past it wasn't possible to list tickets that weren't personalised before.

Personalizing them did not add the exchange desk as an option unfortunately

Then I guess it´s not open yet despite the website stating something different. The deadline is supposed to be 20th January, hence you still have some time.

Makes sense. I appreciate you talking it through with me, hopefully they open it soon! I followed up with support too, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious.
