Characters [Funny trope] A child dies, audiences cheer

  1. Game of Thrones: Jeoffrey Baratheon, that little sadistic shit, gets poisoned and dies a horrible death in his mother's arms
  2. Final Destination Bloodlines: The penny kid causes the entire movie's events, and selfishly almost survives the prologue before being crushed by a falling piano
  3. (Meta example) Sonic 3: Maria gets killed accidentally during a raid by GUN. While people didn't cheer for her death per se, they were hyped to see Shadow's tragic backstory accurately portrayed in the movie.

Yosemite Sam was swapped for Fudd because they felt that Bugs was too cruel to Fudd

This was like people getting upset that Tom always got his ass kicked by Jerry. "The underdog beating the guy who wants to kill him" was the whole point of the cartoons. Being mean to your would-be killer is neither unjustified nor immoral. Sometimes turning the other cheek just gets you slapped on both cheeks. Or shot.

This is not, scripturally, at odds with my message. I used turning the other cheek as a stand-in for pacifism, to illustrate that Bugs does not see the value in allowing his enemies the opportunity to harm him (we would not have much of a cartoon if he did). Genuinely confused where you were going with this other than a thinly veiled reddit-moment rant about "religious people" that has no bearing on this conversation. Please fuck off back to r/teenagers.

The original hunter he torments got it the worst. Buggs does some next level mental torture to that dude.

I thought Fudd was the original?
