SCORPIO - Star Wars

Elesh Norn - Magic The Gathering

Wagon - Toqger

And i'm talking about robots that actually look like robots. Not "androids" with perfectly human looks.

Great take! The only reason for her to not make into the post is because she was the inspiration for SCORPIO so i thought it'd be redundant.

She is the inspiration for the entire trope. (more like one of the first big examples, but still)

SCORPIO my beloathed (jk she’s great and her rivalry with literally everyone else in KOTFE and KOTET still cracks me up)

Right? The first time i met her i didn't even knew who she was cause my first character was a Sith and i was like ''who tf is this bombshell robotic lady and why does she seems so angry? ''

She's 50% machine, 50% hatred and 100% wife material.
