Whats funnier is there are other AIs that are different personalities/people. One of the other ones we see is a yellow orangish AI thats a middle aged, dad bod shaped dude in FULL sherpa winter gear. So you either get a half naked spring breaker, or a middle aged alpin explorer for your AIs.
Look, all I am saying, is that if you took a brain scan of me and then allowed that scan to show whatever it wanted as an avatar? You are gonna get a hot lady with everything hanging out.

In the second game he stats that they figured out how to put the human mind into a computer, but with him being too sick from the moon rocks he says to put Caroline in instead, and while she'll be "modest" about it but to "make her". So it is sort of canon.
There are also unused sound files in the game's code of Caroline fearfully protesting and begging someone not to do something to her and saying that she doesn't want it. It's really creepy.

Fun fact: Cut dialogue would've let you go on a date with an Assaultron (whether that was KL-E-0 or another one I'm unsure), and it would've been a whole quest where some people try to kill you, and she asks your thoughts about marriage.

Many takes were ruined in Age of Ultron cause the actors couldn't focus on the tennis ball. James Spader was on set with a tennis ball attached to a pole extending from his back to mark where Ultron's face would be.
And because Ultron was so unbelievably tall. That meant Spader's face ended up near crotch level. Clearly Ultron was packing and they couldn't stop getting a quick glance at it.
She does have a reason though. Her body is a stolen body of a spy android impersonating a human. And that spy was using the fact of her attractiveness to distract her marks.
Droids who wear accessories like belts, ponchos, trenchcoats or loose scarfs are a missed opportunity for star wars.
Fun fact, there is a bounty hunter droid in the old republic, BH-7X, and i think his design makes fine use of the "came from a factory, but has definitely lived a life" vibe

KL-E-0, a named, non-hostile Assaultron who works as an arms dealer in the town of Goodneighbor in Fallout 4. She has this very sultry but murderous vibe. "I'm all woman, baby."
