Very surprised nobody mentioned Warframes, in particular the Heirloom cosmetic skins that are unbelievably close to being just nude models or something.

"Tenno, it is IMPERATIVE you pilot the hot mommy frame."

Also there's an update I haven't gotten to yet, but it has character cosmetics like they're mostly human people in 1999? Idk the exact lore but they also made them hot.

The 1999 version are Protoframes, they're humans infected with the Helminth virus but haven't been transformed into Warframes. Technically all Warframes are former humans but you get the idea.

Yeah warframes fit sexy cyborgs in my opinion, doesn't mean we dont have sexy robots though.

Protoframes. Basically through time shenanigans, a major character is giving people in different points in time serums that turn them into Warframes over time. You can sleep with most of them.

And the Hex are freaky.

The only reason that in game I might not romance one of the male Hex members is that they are kinda vanilla compared to the female members. Their freakiest is someone who is into petplay on the receiving end. The three ladies are either into pain play on either giving or receiving, can conjure handcuffs and admitted to handcuffing herself (allegedly), and a tentacle tongue.

To be fair, I haven't played since the update that had the Holdfast group show up IIRC or during Duvuri. So I am fairly behind.

These are protoframes, they're regular humans (and Roathe) infused with the helminth strain, they have the abiloties of certain warframes

You can play them as skins for the actual frames and they even have gameplay voice lines

Warframes are meat mechs built from a more benign strain of the infestation. I think the way their Genesis works is that they take a warrior. Expose them too the strain and then replicate their new semi infested form. The copies though don't retain the templates personality though.

Warframes are not robots, they are mutated meat puppets that we pilot via mind control. Same as Evangelions being living beings, not mechas.

True but OP put Pyrexians which are also meat and technically not robots
